道达尔能源于2024年10月1日宣布最终投资决定。项目开发2023年发现的 Sapakara 和 Krabdagu 油田，距海岸约150公里，水深100至1000米，可采储量估计超过7.5亿桶。
据道达尔能源苏里南公司介绍，FPSO 日处理能力22万桶，采用全电驱设计，无常规火炬燃烧，伴生气全部回注。
道达尔能源在 FID 时表示，帕拉马里博将作为行政与物流枢纽，当地企业将参与物流、井下作业服务以及水下系统和 FPSO 的安装与运营；预计本地含量超过10亿美元，在苏里南创造6000多个就业岗位。
据2026年9月的行业报道，项目按计划将于2028年年中投产。
