Customs clearance, freight forwarding and inland transport for Staatsolie (prequalification)

Overview

Staatsolie invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit Expressions of Interest to prequalify for customs clearance, freight forwarding and inland transportation services supporting Staatsolie and its subsidiaries. The RFEoI establishes a shortlist; only respondents meeting all criteria will be invited to the Invitation to Bid.

Requirements

Relevant capability, experience, and operational and financial capacity. Contractors may submit for the full scope.

Eligibility

As set out in the RFEoI documents — submission deadline 16 October 2026, 15:00 Suriname time. Non-participants in the RFEoI will not be considered for the ITB.
