Zijin Mining completed its acquisition of Rosebel Gold Mines from IAMGOLD in early 2023 for about US$360 million. Rosebel operates the Rosebel mine and holds a 70% interest in the Saramacca mine, with Staatsolie holding 30%.[1][2][3]
