The Ministry of Finance and Planning, as Employer, published a notice on GOV.SR on 18 September 2026 inviting sealed bids for the design and build of housing infrastructure and associated works at Reeberg Block 3B, financed under Suriname's 2026 Social Bond.[1]

- Pre-bid meeting: 5 October 2026, 10:00 SRT, in Paramaribo.
- Written clarification requests: until 7 October 2026.
- Bid submission: by 4 November 2026, 11:00 local time; public opening at 11:05. Bids in English.
Foreign design-and-build contractors will usually need local subcontractors for earthworks, drainage and site services — and should start those conversations before the clarification deadline.
